QUINCY, Ill. - The Kirkwood Eagles fell behind John Wood Commmunity College by 14 points in the first half Tuesday night and never caught up.

John Wood clipped the Eagles, 70-56, in their non-conference game in Quincy, Ill.

Freshman J.C. Fuller led Kirkwood (1-2) with 10 points. He was the only Eagle to reach double figures.

Michael Roy and Brad Hamilton topped John Wood with 14 points apiece. James Lane scored 13 points.

John Wood led at halftime, 38-24.
