Illinois College trimmed Coe, 2-1, in double-overtime Friday in the women's soccer opener at Clark Field.

Sarah Fathallah gave the Kohawks a 1-0 lead in the first half on an assist from Jordan Holmes.

Illinois College tied the game, 1-1, in the second half and prevailed in two OTs. Bianca Savarese scored both goals for Illinois.
