DUBUQUE - Six players scored goals Saturday as the Mount Mercy men's soccer team won its 10th straight match with a 6-1 victory over Clarke in Dubuque.

Mohamed Hamed, Kevon Farquharson, Filip Kovacevic and Marco Fichtner scored in the first half to give the Mustangs a 4-0 lead at intermission. Masine Zakaria and Stefan Arsenovic tallied in the second half to finish the victory.

Fichtner collected two assists for Mount Mercy. Farquharson, Kovacevic, Jamie Booth and Yinka Ajibola also had assists. Tomas Zajfert made four saves in goal for the Mustangs.

Mount Mercy began the season with two straight losses, but the Mustangs have won all of their matches since then for a 10-2 mark.
