PDF

CEDAR FALLS - The seventh-ranked Kennedy girls swim team was edged by No. 5 Cedar Falls, 97-89, in a Mississippi Valley Conference meet Tuesday night in Cedar Falls.

Cedar Falls got a measure of revenge against the Cougars, who topped the Tigers and captured first place Saturday at the Cedar Falls Invitational.

Kassidy Lovig was a triple-winner Tuesday night for Kennedy. She won the 200 free and 500 free and swam on the victorious 400 freestyle relay.

Mackinzee Macho, Maddie Bagby and Jessica Williams were double-winners for the Cougars. Macho took the 200 IM and 100 butterly. Bagby and Williams nabbed one individual victory and one relay title.
