Prairie girls roll by Dubuque Senior

Olivia Usher scored 11 points in one quarter of play to lead the Prairie girls basketball team to a 70-27 win over Dubuque Senior in a Mississippi Valley Conference game Friday at Prairie.

The Prairie Hawks (10-9, 4-7) led 21-2 after the first quarter over the struggling Rams (2-17, 1-10).

Halle Person scored 10 points for Prairie. Tarryn Shreeves and Makenzie Stoffer scored nine points.
