The struggles continued for the Xavier boys basketball team Friday night.
The fourth-ranked Hawks were drubbed by Waterloo East, 66-44, in a Mississippi Valley Conference game at Xavier for their fourth straight loss.
The Saints fell to 13-6 overall and 9-5 in the conference. Waterloo East raised its records to 10-10 overall and 6-8 in the league.
Jackson Joens led Xavier with 14 points. Mitchell Burger scored 12.
Isaiah Wade collected a double-double for Waterloo East with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
