BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - The Mount Mercy women's soccer team was edged by  Baker, 2-1, in a Heart of America Conference match Saturday.

Andrea Lopez gave the Mustangs a 1-0 lead in the 54th minute, but  Baker tallied twice late in the game in the 80th minute and 84th  minute to claim the tight victory.

Mount Mercy fell to 7-6-2 overall and 4-5 in the conference. Baker  raised its records to 6-8-1 overall and 2-6-1 in the league.
