CEDAR FALLS - Cedar Rapids Prairie poured in eleven 3-pointers Tuesday night and topped Cedar Falls, 60-54, in a girls basketball game in Cedar Falls.
The Hawks connected on 11 of 19 shots from 3-point range to subdue the Tigers. Alisa Weiland and Courteney McCrary hit three triples, Olivia Usher and Madison Dellamuth hit two 3-pointers and Cyerra Hutchins made one.
Weiland and McCrary topped a balanced attack for Prairie (9-3) with 13 points apiece. Hutchins and Dellamuth netted 12 points apiece.
Dellamuth had six assists and Hutchins grabbed five rebounds.
Madison Wood scored 19 points for Cedar Falls (4-6).
The game did not count in the MVC standings.
