Tiedtke, Kluth torch lanes for J-Hawk boys

Noah Tiedtke and Austin Kluth torched the lanes at May City Bowl, leading Jefferson to a 3176-2983 win over Xavier in boys bowling Friday.

Tiedtke shot games of 267 and 218 for a 485 series that was high for the match. His 267 also was high game. Kluth shot games of 214 and 258 for a 472 series.

Zach Ficken also rolled high for the J-Hawks with a 234 high game and 409 series.

Caleb Miller led Xavier with a 225 high game and 427 series. Kyle Elliott shot a 409 series.

Jefferson held a 139-pin lead after the first round.
