Kayla Armstrong scored four goals and had two assists to help power Xavier past Dubuque Senior, 9-0, Tuesday in girls soccer at Xavier.

Sami Shepard added two goals and three assists for the Saints.

Monica Busse, Lizzy Bailey and Marisa Berutti had a goal apiece.

Xavier took 43 shots and put 25 on goal.

Senior took but one shot.

Xavier scored its first goal 14 seconds into the game. Armstrong took the opening kickoff and raced down for the goal.

Armstrong scored all four of her goals in the first half, which ended with Xavier holding a 5-0 lead.
