Eight players from Marion High School have been named to the Wamac Conference West Division all-star team for 2013, the league announced Wednesday.

Pitcher Levi Lochner, center fielder Alex Charipar and pitcher/outfielder Quinn Cannoy were named to the first team.

First baseman Trev Biery, outfielder Trevor Hardman and shortstop/pitcher Christian Stekl were selected for the second team.

Second baseman Logan Fuller and outfielder Nick Connolly received honorable mention.

Marion Coach Steve Fish shared the Coach of the Year award with Derek Anderson of Benton Community.
