CEDAR FALLS - Linn-Mar sophomore Carolyn Newhouse placed second in the 3,000-meter run at the Dickinson High School Indoor Championships on Tuesday in the UNI-Dome in 10:24.02.
Newhouse finished 10th in the 1500 in 5:04.01.
