WATERLOO -- The Cedar Rapids Kennedy boys tennis team dominated the Waterloo West Tournament on Saturday.

Kennedy compiled a sparkling record of 39-4-2 in 45 matches and won six of the nine flights. There were six teams in the tournament and everyone played a round-robin schedule.

Riley Galbraith, Dan Wasta, Ethan Gascho and Bryce Blomberg won singles titles for the Cougars. The doubles teams of Gasho/Nolan Nietert and Robert Sweet/Blomberg won doubles titles for Kennedy.

Cedar Falls, Waterloo West, Waterloo Columbus, Decorah and Waverly-Shell Rock also competed in the event.
