The Washington Warriors and Xavier Saints took turns winning 5-3 ballgames at Ken Charipar Field Monday night in a Mississippi Valley Conference doubleheader.

Washington won the first game, 5-3, with Chris Harrington picking up the win. Trey Leonard had two hits for the Warriors and Nolan Arp had two hits for the Saints.

Xavier took the nightcap, 5-3, with Nolan Even getting the victory on the mound. Logan Clarahan went 3-for-4 for the Saints with a double and RBI. Jake Robinson was 2-for-3. Jared Thorson had two hits for Washington.
