Emily Nelson captured two individual titles and swam on two victorious relay teams Thursday night as the Washington Warriors defeated Marshalltown, 107-78, in a dual meet at Washington. Nelson claimed the 200 free and 500 free. She also swam on the 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay.
