Sahm’s 20 points led Marion

Amanda Sahm had 20 points to lead the Marion girls basketball team to a 58-48 win over Prairie on Saturday at Marion.

Chloe Rice added 12 points for the Indians (3-1), and Tessa Jordan had 10.

Olivia Usher led the Prairie Hawks (0-4) with 13 points.

PRAIRIE (48): Moenk 3 0-0 7, Altenhofen 0 1-2 1, Rotter 3 1-2 7, Herold 0 0-0 0, Adams 1 0-2 2, Usher 5 2-3 13, Wagemester 4 0-0 8, Person 0 2-3 2, Stoffer 1 6-8 8. Totals 17 12-20 48.

MARION (58): Peyton 0 0-0 0, Rice 4 4-5 12, Smith 0 1-2 1, Sahm 6 5-6 20, Dunne 0 0-0 0, Mohr 2 2-2 6, Laube 3 0-0 7, Sade 1 0-1 2, Jordan 3 2-2 10. Totals 19 14-18 58.
