Grant Dostal (3-0) pitched six innings and picked up the win for Washington (8-9). Troendle was 2-for-3 with a double.

Ben Engler hit a home run for North Scott.

Washington hosts Linn-Mar on Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the completion of a suspended game. Linn-Mar leads, 5-0, in the top of the second inning.
