Jefferson held a 49-pin lead after the first round when Dan Britton, Austin Kluth and Will James rolled series of 468, 439 and 408, respectively for the J-Hawks.
Kyle Kaness had a 230 high game and 434 series to help keep the Warriors close.
The Warriors beat the J-Hawks by 83 pins in the Baker round.
