The Cedar Rapids Prairie boys tennis team split a pair of Mississippi Valley Conference meets at home Saturday.

The Hawks topped Waterloo East, 7-2, in the morning and were blanked by Cedar Falls, 9-0, in the afternoon.

Kevin LeCaptain, Derek Wheatley, Tyce Hoskins, Sam Habel and Blake Larsson won their singles matches against Waterloo East.
