Prairie girls roll by Waterloo East

WATERLOO - Madison Dellamuth, Courteney McCrary and Olivia Usher scored 11 points apiece Friday night as Cedar Rapids Prairie crushed Waterloo East, 55-17, in a Mississippi Valley Conference girls basketball game in Waterloo.

Cyerra Hutchins collected eight points and eight rebounds for Prairie (3-1, 2-0). Alisa Weiland had six steals and Dellamuth had six assists. Dellamuth hit three 3-pointers.

Prairie led at halftime, 37-8.

PRAIRIE (55): Moenk 0 0-0 0, Hutchins 4 0-0 8, Street 1 0-0 2, Weiland 1 1-3 4, Altenhofen 1 0-0 2, McCrary 5 0-0 11, Gudenkauf 0 0-1 0, Dellamuth 3 2-2 11, Shelangoski 2 0-2 4, Machula 0 0-0 0, Stoffer 1 0-0 2. Totals 23 4-11 55.
