Consistent Prairie rolls Saints

Jason Beer rolled a 210 high game and 388 series, but Xavier was no match for consistent Prairie.

Ryan Ask rolled games of 223 and 224 for a high series 447 that led Prairie past Xavier, 3047-2676, Friday night in a Mississippi Valley Conference bowling meet at Lancer Lanes.

Jeremy Cline rolled high game of 228 for Prairie (10-1, 5-1 MVC). Brogan Fiala rolled consecutive games of 213 for a 426 series.

Xavier fell to 0-8, 0-6.

Saints fall to Cedar Falls

Jason Beer led Xavier with a 222 game and 403 series, but the Saints were beaten by Cedar Falls, 2865-2699, Friday in a Mississippi Valley Conference meet at May City Bowl.

Kyle Elliot rolled a 212 high game and 377 series.

Cedar Falls had four bowlers roll 400 series. The Tigers' Brandon Nelson had high game with 231. He tied with teammate Keith Gruis for high series at 412.

Saints fall to Little Hawks

IOWA CITY -- Kyle Elliott rolled a 200 high game and 390 series, but Xavier was beaten by Iowa City High, 2810-2381, Dec. 17 at Colonial Lanes.

The Saints dropped to 0-4 overall and in the Mississippi Valley Conference.

Lions roll past Saints

Justin Wyant rolled games of 254-222 for a 476 series that powered Linn-Mar past Xavier, 2895-2474, Friday (Dec. 10) in a Mississippi Valley Conference match at the Cedar Rapids Bowling Center.

Linn-Mar’s Corey Prokop rolled a high game of 226 en route to a 441 series.  Kyle Elliott had high game (182) and series (343) for Xavier.

Linn-Mar won the JV match, 2510-2203.
