WATERLOO - Tara Trcka fired games of 194 and 226 for a 420 series that carried Xavier past Waterloo East, 2412-2332, Friday in girls bowling at Cadillac Lanes.

Lisa Olberding added a 185 high gamme and 349 series for Xavier.

Pernicka and Warriors roll past Saints

Keely Pernicka had the line for Washington, rolling a 257 high game and 449 series that led the Warriors past Xavier, 2735-286, Friday in girls bowling at May City Bowl.

Xavier's Tara Trcka had high game for the Saints with a 235. She rolled a 443 series.

Washington held a 20-pin lead after the first round and won the Baker round by 29 pins.

Xavier girls bowlers roll to 6-1

IOWA CITY -- The scores weren't as high as they usually are, but Xavier still had enough to overwhelm Iowa City West, 2358-2020, Monday in girls bowling at Colonial Lanes.

Xavier (6-1) was led by Tara Trcka who shot a high game of 179 and high series of 351. Teammate Tyler Weger also shot a 179 and Abbey Konzen had a 170.

Torrid Tara Trcka fires 508 to lead Xavier girls

Tara Trcka was in the groove Friday at May City Lanes, rolling games of 266 and 242 for a 508 series that sent Xavier past Prairie, 2817-2506, Friday in a girls bowling match.

Erica Fry rolled a 214 for Xavier.

Prairie was led by Jami Kadolph, who rolled a high game of 236 and a 419 series. Niona Bruce rolled a 224 and 383.

Xavier held a 204-pin lead after the first round.
