Schnieders leads Marion boys to 4th on links

Jeremy Schnieders shot a 38 that led Marion to a fourth-place finish in the Wamac West Division boys golf tournament Monday at Gardner Golf Course.

Waterloo Columbus won the meet by 13 shots over Independence. Benton was third and Marion was two strokes behind the Vikings.

Columbus placed five golfers in the top 10. Robby Nelson was medalist with a 36. Schnieders was sixth.
