INDIANOLA - The Coe College swim teams splashed to Iowa Conference victories against Simpson at the YMCA pool in Indianola Saturday.

The Coe men prevailed, 115-91, with Andy Cheng, Logan Barnes, Tim Bosn and Tucker Dangremond all winning two individual events and combining to capture the 200 medley relay.

Cheng won the 1000 freestyle and 500 freestyle, Barnes took the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke, Bosn claimed the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly, and Dangremond won the 200 IM and 100 breaststroke.

The Coe women won their meet, 125-87, with Katy Appler, Kenni Sterns and Kendallyn Recker all claiming two events. Appler won the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle, Sterns notched the 200 IM and 100 backstroke, and Recker won both diving events.

Appler, Sterns, Lindsay Meade and Andi Queisner took the 400 freestyle relay. Meade won the 1000 freestyle and Queisner won the 50 freestyle.
