Haley Resnick of Coe captured the Flight A singles title in the Iowa Conference tournament for the second straight year Saturday with a 6-3, 7-6 victory over Arantxa Martinez of Dubuque in the finals.

Resnick and Laura Birky won the Flight A doubles title with an 8-5 verdict over Maggie Helms and Hailey Johnson of Luther.

The tournament was held in Cedar Rapids at the Clark Racquet Center and the Veterans Memorial Tennis Center.
